In 1993, Razor1911 registered as a company, and were held in charge of the copyright infringement of the Amiga games Space Game 1 (also known as Space Game 1: The Dreamland Journey) and Space Game 2 (also known as Space Game 2: The Dreamland Adventure). In the same year they used the name RZR for their new periodical. The group also began releasing games for the ZX Spectrum and the Atari ST, but their early projects were unsuccessful. The Razor1911 group was a target of Operation Fastlink in 1994, with three of their members (rzr, KA6ASL and G-Man) arrested.
Their next release, a version of Mega-Tux for the Amiga, came out in 1991. For this release they had a specialist in writing the game's music, KA6ASL. In the same year they cracked games for the Commodore 64, ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, and the Atari ST, and in 1992 they released the first version of the Master of Magic for the Amiga platform. The group was also raided during Operation Buccaneer.
The group's first major release was the Commodore 64 version of Rick Dangerous in 1988. The group released several games over the next years, and also cracked games for the ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC and Atari ST. The group was a target of Operation Buccaneer, a joint operation by the Norwegian police, British police and the British Secret Service. Several groups were raided, but the RazorDOX and the CyberCops groups were not arrested. The Razor1911 group had been aided by a young programmer that had previously been a member of an OPL-group, namely KA6ASL. During the operation, the RazorDOX hackers were caught and the group was disbanded.
The community website Razor1911.info lists on its website and on the game database, all the game that have been cracked by the group (as of May 2016), and the titles that have yet to be cracked.
I am running a PC with Windows 7 and Adobe Photoshop CS6. I am wondering how to end the trial period and convert to a full copy of Photoshop CS6. I tried closing down Photoshop, which produced a message telling me to return the disk. I did that, but the same message returned. How can I end this?
