Excel 2010 includes new charts for Spreading. Charts that are partly hidden have a yellow box. You can unhide them by clicking on the dotted line where they meet the edge of the area that they are partially covered. To show or hide the whole chart at once, choose Chart options. At the top of the menu, choose Show or hide. On the Charts menu, click Charts, and then click Spreading. A ribbon appears next to Spreading. You can hide the ribbon by clicking on the box next to Spreading. With the ribbon open, you can navigate to any part of a chart. You can show or hide the menu groups as well as the ribbon. To open the ribbon, click the dot next to the ribbon. To hide the ribbon, click the box next to the ribbon, and then click Hide. You can also click the down-pointing arrow next to the ribbon and select Show Ribbon. When the ribbon is not showing, it is placed in the window's corner as a dotted line. You can click the dotted line to hide or show it. In Print Preview, choosePrint, and then on the Preview tab, click Adjust to check out options, such as setting magnification; print or zoom to a Web page; make sure the print preview is on solid-colored paper.
