The music for the English dub, composed by Michael McBride, is a medley of the Dragon Ball Z''s English version themes, as has been used in English dubs of other Dragon Ball series such as the Dragon Ball GT series, Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods, and Dragon Ball Super. It is performed by Brooks>Ayre and a number of other Western singers.
Broly has also been dubbed and released in many other languages such as German, French, Spanish, Russian and many others. New dubs start with the English version of Broly's saga but often end up repeating the original Japanese voices with these languages often being closer to the original dub than the English dub with new voice actors and sound effects and cut/extended scenes added to fit into the dub.As of 2014, the German dub of Dragon Ball Kai has completely been dubbed by the original dub-team, still using the background music of the German dub by Frank Gerber.
